When I walked in I looked around and I didn't see either of them. I looked in their favorite shady spot, but only Doc was there. So, I went and told my mom that I couldn't find Dickie. We looked around the petting zoo again together but we still couldn't find him. Next, we looked up close to where Pokey was and we finally found Dickie there. He was hanging out with Pokey. It was really funny. We walked up to him and looked at him and he finally realized that we were there to see him. We let him hang out with Pokey for a moment and went to ask if he could come out with us. Then we went and took him out. Next we went and got an apple and while I fed Dickie my mom fed one of the blind horses, Lucy. Dickie realized that we were over with Wendy and Lucy so he started happily trotting over to where we were with Wendy and Lucy. Then he started naying. He was very funny. We had a good time.

A fun time of leading

My friend Aliya and I lead Dickie and Doc around Horse Rescue a couple of weeks ago. First we went around near the tire swing because there is a lot of grass there. We let them eat some of the grass. After that, we went around where the horse Ralphie and Little Humphrey are. We let them hang around there for a little while. It was kind of funny because Dickie was actually leading around Aliya to where he wanted to go. But Doc just wanted to stand there and eat grass. After we finished there, we let Dickie and Doc roam around wherever they wanted to but we were still holding on to their lead ropes. It was funny because whenever Dickie would move, Doc would move along with him. They really like to be together. Next we lead them to Ms. Cheryl's backyard so that they could eat some more grass. They usually stay in the petting zoo and there isn't much grass there. Once they were finished, we lead them back to the petting zoo. It was a fun day.

A great day of grooming

I was out in the petting zoo with a brush, and I was gonna go brush Dickie and Doc.
